Artist Responsibilities

To ensure a professional exhibition experience, artists must:

  • Submit an exhibition proposal and images
  • Provide ready-to-hang artwork
  • Supply an inventory list (title, medium, price)
  • Maintain their own insurance
  • Arrange delivery or shipping if required
  • Submit promotional materials (bio, images)

Sales & Payment

  • Art Pontiac manages all sales
  • 25% commission retained by the gallery
  • Artists receive 75% of the sale price
  • Payments are issued by the third week of the following month

Promotion & Visibility

Art Pontiac promotes exhibitions through:

  • The Art Pontiac website
  • Gallery signage
  • Email communications where possible

Artists are encouraged to actively promote their exhibitions through their own networks.

Exhibition Details
