Edith always had a strong interest for art and craft, although working in a mathematical and scientific field. She mostly does oil pastel paintings with a realism style. She paints escenary landscapes, persons and animals.
A lot of her paintings are inspired from her trips. She lived a couple of years in Mexico and travelled to Spain and she’s passionated about the Spanish culture. She also love nature and spending time with her family. She tries to reproduce these memories in her paintings. Originally from Quebec City, she moved to Gatineau several years ago. She joined Art Pontiac last year.
