Painting En Plein Air with artPontiac
Our first week of plein air painting was on June 1st. We had 5 artists participate for our organized weekly get-together. We hope to encourage more painters & sketchers to join us for this season. Here are the details for this year:
When: Thursdays from 10am to noonish (or later if you wish);
Where: We meet at the Stone School Gallery unless other locations have been set the week before;
Who: Members and Non-members can participate in these weekly plein air sessions.
And also new this year: ‘Members Only’ extras:
- We will be having some Saturday plein air sessions with special guest demos/instruction; and
- We will have a group exhibition for participating artPontiac Members in the Stone School Gallery for the Month of October.
The guest instructors will be announced later, so if you haven’t already signed up for this year’s membership now’s the time!
