 involves assembling and tying together dried aromatic plants (such as sage
 \, lavender\, rosemary\, bay leaves\, etc.) to form small bouquets used to
  purify the air or create an atmosphere that encourages calm and introspec
 tion.\nThe workshop is accompanied by intuitive music\, shared tea\, and o
 pen discussions about the plants—their scents\, symbolism\, and traditio
 nal uses.\n\n\n\nObjectives\n– Offer a moment of relaxation and reconnec
