At Art Pontiac, we offer creative, hands-on art parties that inspire imagination, encourage self-expression, and create lasting memories. Our guided art experiences are perfect for birthdays and small group celebrations in a welcoming, artistic environment.

Food & Party Setup 

    • Families are responsible for bringing all food, beverages, and party supplies

    • Art Pontiac provides basic room setup only (tables and chairs)
    • All food setup, serving, and arrangement is the responsibility of the party host

Health, Safety & Conduct Guidelines

To ensure a safe and positive experience for all participants, we kindly ask families to review the following:

Food & Allergy Awareness

    • Families are responsible for managing food allergies and dietary restrictions
    • Please inform us in advance of any known allergies (including food or material sensitivities)
    • Art Pontiac does not handle or serve food and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment

Matériel artistique

    • Art materials such as paints, clays, and other supplies may contain substances that could cause sensitivities in some individuals
    • Participation is at your own discretion if allergies or sensitivities are present

Illness Policy

    • Children who are unwell (fever, cough, flu symptoms, etc.) should not attend
    • We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a healthy environment for all

Supervision 

    • Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times

Behaviour Expectations

    • Respectful behaviour is required at all times
    • Abusive, aggressive, or destructive behaviour will not be tolerated
    • Art Pontiac reserves the right to end the event if behaviour compromises the safety or experience of others

    • No alcohol permitted without approval
    • The event space must be left reasonably tidy
    • All waste must be placed in designated bins
    • Any leftover food and beverages must be taken home

Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

(Children’s Art Parties – Art Pontiac)

Booking & Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. No reservation is guaranteed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the client:

  • More than 30 days prior to the event: A refund will be issued minus an administrative fee equal to 10% of the total event cost.
  • 14 to 30 days prior to the event: The deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date (one-time rescheduling).
  • Less than 14 days prior to the event: The deposit is fully non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling
One (1) reschedule is permitted at no cost with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Additional rescheduling may be subject to administrative fees.

Cancellation by Art Pontiac
If Art Pontiac must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or a new date will be offered.

Acceptance
Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
