Cafe 349 – Another show opened on Monday with the work of local high school teacher, JADWIGA DUNIN-BORKOWSKA. A painter in water colour and acrylics with a life long interest in art, Jadwiga’s work focuses on nature, in particular amphibians and reptiles, creatures not often the focus of fine art but critical to the environment. Don’t miss it .. you will be enchanted by her treatment of both. Twenty per cent of sales will go to support the International Fund for Animal Welfare, the Canadian Wildlife Association, the Nature Conservancy of Canada, and other environmental charities.
